The Rope Workout


 
 

The Rope Workout is one of those workouts that will make you into a “hard” man. All you need is a length of strong rope around 20 feet long. I use standard rappelling rope. (You may want to have a flat rope (webbing), like the ones that come with the gymnastics rings, as well.) Working on a rope makes the exercises much more challenging than on a bar, and the possibilities are endless.
